Keyridge Asset Management appoints Rob Williams as Chief Commercial Officer to drive long-term growth

London, UK, 12 November 2025: Keyridge Asset Management ("Keyridge"), the newly established investment arm of Great-West Lifeco ("Lifeco") (TSX: GWO) today announces the appointment of Rob Williams as Chief Commercial Officer as part of an ambitious growth strategy revealed by the company.

As CCO, Williams brings over 30 years' experience of working in the investment industry and will be responsible for driving the firm's commercial strategy, deepening client relationships, and supporting Keyridge's ambitious growth plans in the UK and beyond.

Williams joins Keyridge having previously held the role of Chief Distribution Officer at Royal London Asset Management, where he was responsible for sales and client service, with a significant growth in assets under management ("AuM") over the course of his tenure.

Prior to this, he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Skandia Investment Group, having begun his career at JP Morgan Asset Management where he held a number of roles including Head of European Marketing.

Williams' appointment reflects Keyridge's significant global ambitions and the commitment of its parent company Lifeco in providing individual and institutional investors with best-in-class solutions to meet their long-term goals.

This follows the recent announcement of Keyridge's formation, combining the expertise of Canada Life Asset Management (CLAM), Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) and Setanta Asset Management to create a new force in the asset management market that can provide proven capabilities in the areas of multi-asset solutions, fundamental equities and systematic quant and bespoke indexation to meet client needs.

With over GBP135 billion in combined assets under management, Keyridge is primed for ambitious expansion in the UK, Canada and the US. The firm already boasts a proven track record in delivering flexible, tailored strategies to meet evolving client needs, with a demonstrable history of growth and excellent service for customers.
